I am a hypocrite.
I admit it myself, cause I am one. And in fact, I think everyone is. I bet you've done things that you were terribly reluctant to. I bet you've said Hello to people you extremely hate.
Everybody is two-faced. We have to greet a teacher, no matter how much we hate him/her, it is a must. And after greeting, we badmouth them, and talk bad things about them. Don't you think that is two-faced?
Sometimes we have to.
What's a friend?
In dictionary.reference.com, it is defined as 'A person whom one knows, likes, and trust.'
So, why do I still have 'friends' who don't like me? Or trust me. So are they still my friends? It is easy to tell if one likes you. Or hates you. We have feelings, we feel it, and I believe I'm not over-sensitive.
I know very well, who treats me as a friend. I appreciate all my friends.
Some friends, they ask How are you. And then, they curse you. Behind you, definitely. Isn't that being two-faced?
They try to hide the most obvious things to you. They organise parties, and it is okay if they don't invite you. "I invite people whom I like." Everybody understands that. But... "People whom you like", won't that be your friends?
If you treat one as your friend, would you forget her then? Yes, maybe, sometimes. Three friends together, and the fact is you see them everyday. That is a coincidence, I think, uh.
Everyone, we have people whom we dislike. And, if that is the case, why pretend?
And, if, you are trying to "accept" the person whom you hate, be true, in everything you do, okay? If badmouthing and bitching comes back again, then I'd hope you will forget the plan about "accepting" that friend. I doubt she would want a friend like you.
I'm not saying it's wrong to say Hello to your enemies. I say Hi to many people. To be polite, I think. But if it's possible, I'd suggest we all to cut down on the 'bitching' or 'badmouthing' part? (This line, is for me to read, actually.)
Being a hypocrite, being two-faced is now part of us, everyone here, I believe. We are two-faced, to avoid trouble. To get support, to be cooperative, to be polite, or sometimes we just like it. Whatever the reason is, everybody does that. You can't change the fact.
Nobody is pure evil. Nobody is perfect too.
So, before you say something like, "I hate hypocrites", think again.
